Our second November challenge focuses on building strength and resilience both in your body, and in your mind. If the pandemic is leaving you feeling frazzled and achey, this is the place to be.

We've provided a mix of strengthening Pilates with relaxations and calming stretch to see you through the month, with x2 sessions per week.
