Unfortunately a lot of us experience pain flare ups from time to time. Please don't panic. It's important to keep moving when we experience flare ups so we're guiding you through here. We'll also talk about some pain management techniques to feel more in control of your pain and separate the emotion and stress that comes with a flare up.
